Cub District Challenge

27th March 2021

Over the last few weeks Cubs from across the District have been taking part in the Cub District Challenge for the Snowball Trophy. The Cubs have completed a variety of challenges, at home, they included  a marshmallow and, design a face mask, build a Den and sleep in it, read a morse code message and send one, a guess the Celebrity.

The entries were submitted and reviewed by the Cub Leaders from across the District in readiness for the Results Show on Saturday 27th March. Cubs who joined the zoom call, saw photos of the various challenges submitted before taking part in a quiz to determine the final result of the Challenge.

The results were given by Adam Moore, Assistant District Commissioner for Cubs, in classic reverse order, with the 8th Faversham Sea Scouts Cub Pack, being proclaimed winners of the Snowball Trophy for 2021.

Well done to everyone who took part, it was a very close competition and a big Thank You to the all the Leaders who provided the challenges and to the Cub parents for allowing chaos.
