District Development Lead

Faversham is a growing town, and so Faversham Scouts must also grow to meet the needs of our community. The District Development lead will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies designed to grow scouts in Faversham. This could include recruiting new volunteers, assisting in fundraising efforts for our Shepherd Park Activity Centre, or even planning a whole new section or Group so that more young people can develop #SkillsForLife with Faversham Scouts.
