District Inclusion Lead

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the District Inclusion Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people in Faversham District.

As the District Inclusion Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our inclusion strategy. This includes working with our volunteers to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all young people, regardless of their background or ability.

You will also be responsible for promoting Scouting to underrepresented groups and working to remove barriers to participation. This is a challenging but rewarding role, and we are looking for someone who is committed to making a difference.
