Planning Permission

Camping in 2017 will finally be easier in the north field with no more late night excursions across the dark road.  Swale Borough Council has given us the necessary permission to build a block with toilets, showers and washing facilities.

Work commenced on site in the autumn of 2016 and the completed building will be ready to welcome it's first visitors in Spring 2017 (providing the weather is kind to the contractor). Unfortunately the very cold weather in January prevented work being carried out on site but the recent good weather has seen steady progress as the carpenters, plumber, plasterer and painters work towards completion, hopefully the end of June 2017.

The toilet block has been handed over to the District by the contractor and has already been used by a number of groups, we are all flushed with sucess.
